Over the course of one year’s delivery, the grant funding was used to deliver 24 pop up surgeries on tenant rights, in central Ealing, totalling 96 hours of free community-based tenancy support. Tenants were not only provided with access to a triage but also a tenancy health check service with an aim of preventing homelessness by preventing eviction through better management of tenancies.
